During our latest briefing to strengthen awareness of the causes of accidents on our sites, we employed the services of Assured Safety Solutions. Our brief was to create a scenario using actors that would drive our 3 key messages home in a ‘real-world’ environment. The script and actors employed by Assured Safety Solutions created a hard hitting, effective scenario that all our site staff bought into and recognised, therefore making the exercise far more powerful than your average slideshow briefing. Assured Safety Solutions were flexible and positive, making sure that the choice of actors and revisions to the script created just the right message and atmosphere, without being prescriptive or condescending.
