Construction Design Management
Coordination Services (CDMC)

In partnership with our health and safety department we have a specialist CDM team, able to deliver CDM services in line with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007.

We offer a full CDMC service, which includes the following:

  • Attendance at the Initial Design Team Meeting to advise and assist as necessary
  • Completion and updates of all F10 notification
  • Liaise with the local authority and HSE as required
  • We will manage the Client’s obligation to provide information relating to the project
  • Reviewing the resources and competence of the designers, principal contractor and any contractors
  • Review of design information and risk assessments
  • Production of the Pre-Construction Information Plan
  • Ensure that a suitable Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan is in place before the commencement of construction. We will carry out a full review of the plan and advise the Client on its suitability
  • Planning and coordination of the Health and Safety File
